That said, by selecting a number of skills (which you will have as your career evolves) that means you are opened up to more project opportunities - which may or may not be applicable to you.
The way we work is that your profile is private for an employer UNTIL you determine your interest & availability - and PITCH the role. So rest assured, if you are not interested, you do not have to pitch.
As we have evolved, we have found that if you have a specific skill and may not be interested yourself, usually those with those skills have a network of peers that could be a great potential referral for the job. Please refer any strong candidates to members@thesecondshift.com.
