We understand the value of equity and are still open to sourcing talent for you. However, as we will not take equity as payment for sourcing, please determine the value of the employees' estimated first year annual package prior to the SOW stage. The Second Shift will collect a flat recruiting fee of 30% of the estimated first year annual earnings.
