From your Matches page, click on the project title or the little arrow on the right side of the row.
To see the detail of a project you are matched for, you must click on the MATCHES tab when you log in. Then you can click on the Job Title in order to access the project detail - note some projects have been submitted in our new UI and have more detail vs older projects outstanding that were submitted by employers in the old version of the site (hence some fields may be blank):
When you want to pitch, either go back to the Matches screen where it says pitch it, or you can pitch from the job detail:
