Applications are reviewed on a first come, first served basis. The vetting process currently takes about 1-2 months.


Here is what happens after you submit your application:

  1. We will review your application to see if you meet our baseline requirements. All members must have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in their chosen fields.

  2. If you pass our initial review, we will automatically email your references and ask them to fill out our reference form. You must have at least two contacts submit references to proceed to the next step. The speed with which you complete the vetting process depends on how quickly your references get back to us, so please contact them ahead of time and ask them to keep an eye out for our email.

  3. After we receive your references, you will be contacted to schedule a phone interview with someone from our Member Success team. You’ll be emailed a link to schedule this call. Sometimes calls can take a couple of weeks to schedule, but don’t worry, we have reviewed your profile and if the perfect opportunity for you comes up in the meantime, we will reach out to you.

Once you complete the vetting process, you will be matched to and available to pitch for projects.
