The Second Shift only collects a fee if a successful match is made between a member and a company.
- If a member is hired as a 1099 (of The Second Shift), we charge companies 15% of total invoiced fees and members 5% of invoiced fees. These fees are collected for every submitted invoice and we handle all of the members tax paperwork for the project.
- We charge companies who hire our members full time 20% of the annual compensation package (to the Company only).
