Members and Companies are required to agree to the terms of a Statement of Work which outlines a project’s start and end date, the fees to be paid to the consultant for the project, and the requirements, deliverables, and any other details the consultant and company have agreed upon for the project. Members and companies try to be as specific as possible when describing these items so both parties are clear on the project expectations.
