Companies negotiate with the consultants directly regarding the fee for the consultant’s services and the payment structure. The Second Shift processes all invoices and handles all payments. We add a 15% fee on top of the agreed upon consulting fee. If a company wants to pay a candidate directly the fee is 20%.
